Delivery

UK Orders

All bespoke pieces are shipped within the UK via DHL Express, fully tracked and requiring a signature on delivery.

International Orders

We ship to Europe, the US, Canada, and worldwide via DHL Express for a fast, fully tracked service.

London Orders

If you're based in London, we're happy to arrange a same-day courier quote, or you're welcome to collect your piece in person from our studio in Hatton Garden — just get in touch to arrange a time.

Signature Required

All deliveries require a signature, so please make sure someone is available to receive your order.

Customs, Duties & VAT

For orders shipped outside the UK, prices are shown and charged exclusive of UK VAT — international clients don't pay UK VAT at checkout.

Your order may still be subject to import duties, local taxes, and customs fees once it arrives in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the recipient's responsibility. We're unable to estimate or cover these fees, and any delays caused by customs clearance are outside of our control.

As import rules vary by country, we'd recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering if this matters to you. If you have any questions about international delivery or customs, just get in touch.

Returns

Bespoke commissions are made specifically to your specification and are therefore non-refundable once work has begun. This is explained clearly at the point your deposit is taken.

This doesn't affect your right to a remedy if a piece arrives with a genuine manufacturing fault or doesn't match the agreed specification — please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can arrange an inspection and, where appropriate, a repair or remake at no extra cost. Natural variation in gemstones (colour, inclusions) is expected with natural materials and isn't treated as a fault.

Once our studio collection launches: ready-to-wear pieces (excluding earrings, for hygiene reasons) will carry a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, provided items are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we're unable to refund import duties, taxes, or customs fees on international returns.
